Josh Newland, since every good character has to have a name. One day in 1996, Josh had to stay at his parent’s house waiting for a plumber to come fix a leak. Curious and always talkative, he asked the plumber question after question trying to understand what the technician was doing and why. It didn’t take long to realize the opportunity for growth in the plumbing field.
After working for other plumbing companies, Josh felt the desire to leave a footprint himself. He compiled what he had learned about exceeding in customer service and applied it in starting his own company. In 2004, with eight years of experience behind him, Josh earned his contractor license and opened the doors of Good News Plumbing & Drains. When he is asked the reason for his success, his response is “Putting God first, then just follow the leader”. |
